Round and round do-se-do...stupid is what stupid does...

Howdy everyone -- SUMMER is here. YEP. And only a few weeks left till JAWSfest. That means getting ready for one BIG TRIP to the Island of Amity. Considering I've never been, this should be better than watchin' the Blu-ray. Better yet...how's about watchin' the Blu-ray premiere on the Island in my hillbilly hat with a vintage can of 'Gansett? JAWSOME I tell ye!

An interestin' thing happened this week. Which involves an epiphany of sorts. Realizing that its gettin' mighty tiring going around and round like a square dance debating ethics with someone that doesn't have the college education to admit their wrongs (or even send us a simple apology)....we reached a conclusion. How can they not be just as bored debating this as we are here at Operation Orca? 

If they aren't, I know you the unbiased reader are. You have to be. I mean we've made everything clear as truth on this boat O' Truth and yet this has now turned into a childish never ending merry-go-round of redundancy they simply don't want to get off of. 

Well we just jumped off, and our detractors can carry on....

Just the thought of their incriminating behavior [cyberstalking] and reading our every FB post, or studying the 'realism' of our friendship base is humorous (and creepy) beyond words. (Not to mention their utilizing generic photos of someone purported to be FRED...LOL, or the sham doctored emails our detractors keep posting and forwarding). In fact we encourage them to continue to do so. The attention and controversy they've been affording us is outstanding. We couldn't buy better advertising (or evidence). 

Like they say...there is no such thing as bad advertising. 

Meanwhile, real fans and supporters (and VIPS) whom we've been getting emails from are also telling us (again) to ignore our detractors, and we're going to take the high road and do just that and let their 'merry go round' 'advertising' work for us. Our legal council has been telling us this for weeks. Not only do our detractors' actions prove criminal intent to cyberharass, we're going to finally take our legal teams advice to heed, and let them do what work they might or might not need to do in building a case.

So to our detractors: THANKYOU. You just saved us a heck of a lot of writing. That means more fun in the sun. This really is going to be the best summer we ever had. 

Our advice:...move on, and jump off the carousel...or maybe a bridge. You might just be able to save your August...and what's left of your credibility among peers.

PLEASE. (Just like the threatening and coercive comments you attempted to post on this blog which were rejected). We need more evidence like that for our pending case against you. And to those being persuaded to aid and abet our detractor....Please continue to do so. We need to be able to list your names for our case to show intent. 

Or...you could try finding something else more even more interesting and productive to do with your summer, while our legal team and federal authorities they've appointed prepare for the next set of potentially required (or not required) moves.

Why TRUTH always wins...

Well we're having a great summer and hope the rest of you ORCS are too. The best part is it's just getting started.

As for the ugly ignorant cloud of slander that one deranged individual, and a small group of remora keep tossing to try and rain on everyones party...it looks like its finally running out of steam. Great news for those of you that have been wondering when this scrounge of a person and his circus of lies and deceit would finally get back on their clown mobile and leave town.

Partly based on information forwarded to us by OO supporters, its clear they have nothing left to do but grovel for attention, realizing their purported claims and 'legal' threats hold ZERO water, and that everyone they hoped to fool can see the circus tent falling on them like a deflating balloon.

Bring in the clowns...

Insiders with clear knowledge of their weak and pathetic attempt to rile the JAWS community with empty and unsubstantiated rumors in a feeble ploy to destroy 'the competition', can only laugh at the 'muck' being stirred up in a useless wake of stupidity.

While you mop up the blue milk you just laughed out of your nose...lets break this down into clear and concise points of fact that not even the multitude of falsified statements our detractor creates to bolster an attack can dispute....

If you're reading this, and you have absolutely no clue why this person and his multiple false names, supposed friends and supporters, and usernames (i.e. 'Fernando' etc...) is continuing to harass and stalk our good name and organization then PLEASE READ ON:

Question: Why would those that some trust and believe to be honest, friendly...and reliable JAWS fans be doing everything they can to slander us?

Answer: The story is more complicated than you can imagine...but simple at its core. The simple part has to do with immaturity, and a few childish fans believing they own a monopoly on the film 'JAWS'. Its like we're witnessing a high school rivalry. Wait it gets more hilarious...If you're a fan of other films that have followings, then likely you know exactly what I'm referring to. Jealously, envy, egomaniacal behavior....and of course formerly banned trolls that have attempted to hack our sites and later joined another forum in the hopes of 'outdoing us'. Did I mention how immature these idiots are?

In short, they believe its a hobby for only those a select few have granted the right to join in what I can only call a 'cliche'. Many in the JAWS community know that this kind of immaturity exists and that it is not subjugated to only one fan based film franchise....

Most fans that don't yet know the truth are either confused and have no clue why the slander is flying, or have been conned into following an ideology designed by our detractors to support their personal grudges. Grudges that we'll highlight later in this post....stay tuned.

So who exactly are these instigators and why are they attempting to fool even the most intelligent JAWS fans? Why would they waste their every day talking about old Mego toys, and barbie, while at the same time trying (and failing stupidly) to have us removed from the internet? Why? Because we started something in 1998 that threatened their sovereignty my friends. And to quote a close supporter..."They hate the fact OO brings something new to the table for fans that they have no control over". Scary eh? Childish? Yep.

In 1998, We found a niche that they could not and still cannot over shadow. And we've been building the most amazing ORCA miniatures, that pleased finfans and industry professionals have been collecting for the last several years. And in the process, we've built an organization designed around preserving the ORCA legend.

While working to bring back the boat, we've inspired others to do the same. Steve Rellaford, as an esteemed member of OO, was inspired to build a 1/2 scale working ORCA based upon nothing more than a sail boat frame. And still others have supported us for years. Warren Schwarz (also known as BIG WAR) was there from the beginning, when we had nothing more than our old and sure rusty trusty Yahoo group. You'll notice our detractors never mention BIG WAR. Cowards know better than to do that. Even liars know their limitations. Lets just say BIG WAR does not take too kindly to being slandered. Nor would anyone else.

Speaking of which....

Chris Kiszka is another Operation Orca supporter they wish to have everyone believe isn't. And oddly enough, Chris is one they only slander offline when Chris isn't watching....like the cowards they are. And like the scum they are...they hide behind their little dilapidated computers looking to deceive anyone and the unknowing.

Chris of course owns the worlds most important JAWS collection...a fact they hate to admit. The hilarious part is one of the primary detractors supporting our former shop workers' slanderous campaign actually made several mistakes in published print in so far as JAWS props are concerned.

Not only did this purported 'expert' LIE on the net about which photos would be printed in a highly touted publication and thereby falsely advertise what the final product would look like, this person has gone so far as to try and convince innocent and unknowing fans that Chris Kiszka's collection is fake. Fake? NOPE. This is the REAL deal. Every last piece of it.

Question: How did this really start? And why? Who's at the center of this mess?

Well, if you're here reading this, then you probably already know the answer to this question. Lets just say we're not going to continue to waste valuable space on our blog, (especially heeding the advice of our legal council) and instead will say that each and every person supporting these clowns are purportedly currently under investigation pending charges being prepared.

As a point of fact, several years ago West Maatita asked us to post what amounted to a detailed account describing that one of our detractors' primary supporters (yep that same 'expert' we alluded to a few lines ago) mistakenly described a JAWS3 prop fin as a JAWS fin...That's the complicated part of this story I mentioned...and when the REAL slander and lies began.

In short, this person could not deal with the fact they were proven wrong in public...on the internet no less. A purported JAWS expert foiled? Humiliated in front of peers? Definitely. Yet why would we post this in order to prove someone wrong? Why? Simply in response to years of claims that other collectors possessed 'FAKE' collectibles whereas they did not. In response to their claimed knowledgable authority over a subject they have tried to monopolize and control. A subject only Universal owns.

What's even better is...the more they waste their time supporting a former disgruntled shop worker now gone postal, they sink further into the same 'Muck' and unknowingly and indirectly help build our case.

Meanwhile, attack after failed attack on our sites (which incidentally have not been affected by any of their hack attempts. SEE previous blog postings for PROOF of that.) have left them with little more than desperation and now criminal attempts to try and sway and fool innocent and respected friends and colleagues of ours that unfortunately for them are much smarter than they anticipated.

In fact, some of our colleagues and supporters are getting emails and messages via Facebook begging them to disbelieve our credibility. Thankfully, they know a mule from a horse.

For further proof of what we speak, please drop us an email and we'd be happy to put you in touch with those that have actually encountered these bogus fools.

FACT: We had to fire someone we initially trusted. YES...WE FIRED OUR FORMER SHOP WORKER. The same person that has now gone postal. After several warnings and requests to correct the customer service issues with excellent customers like JOHN ROLES, whom WE brought to the equation we had no choice but to cut our former shop worker loose. As a result, they have been humiliated and continue to be. This is one of the reasons they continue their tirade. It would of course be easier for them to just move on...don't you think?

So in review...due in part to complaints from customers like JOHN ROLES and others we were marketing to, we decided it was in our best interest to part ways with our former shop worker.

As a result, this person and cohorts have relentlessly attempted to twist the TRUTH to have it appear we wronged them in some way...using false legal threats and other coercion tactics, they continue to sink in the lies they create.

FACT: We challenge ANYONE to find one ounce of indisputable fact, or truth to support anything these deranged, and envious detractors of ours continue to try and claim. Incredibly, they've asked for anyone to show proof and to help them prove their claims knowing there is NO ONE that can help them prove something they have lied about from the beginning.


Doctored emails and graphics are nothing more than visual lies. Why have none of the accusations they've made allowed them to follow up with any legal remedy? Because they have nothing to follow up. The entire waste basket of lies they've created are simply a twisted bundle of stench and deception they're using to sway anyone they can con.

FACT:  They continue to try and fool every JAWS VIP and fan alike they can find, but have not been able to achieve their ultimate goal. Contact us if you get an errant doctored spam email filled with slander in an attempt to sway you.

Heard how easy it is for Nigerian scams to fool even the most intelligent? That's exactly what they're attempting to do now. They muddle the truth to con the ignorant and uninformed. The old bait and switch.

They've tried to blacklist us and anyone they think gets in their way. Don't let them make you a target. Show them what FACTS looks like. Don't let them create the monopoly they've been working to build. Let them know this is a hobby for EVERYONE to enjoy equally. Its a film made for an audience. Not for a select few.

FACT: The truth is on this blog, and its the TRUTH that frightens them more than anything. The worst thing about being lied to, is knowing you're not worth the truth. Think about that the next time our detractors try and convince you to believe the hatred they spread. From the beginning ours has been a defense. Nothing more. Follow the dates on the blogs and you'll find we've simply responded to each attack.


They claim we're harassing them somewhere. WHERE? HOW? They and they alone are the ones harassing us and our organization. Do the research and the truth of light will appear...


With each new slander we respond in kind as would any organization built on a solid reputation since 1998.


FACT: They're losing business faster than they can lie....yet they continue to try and use us a scapegoat for their own failings. Pathetic indeed. Maybe their prices are too high? Maybe no one wants to have to deal with them? We didn't.


ONCE AGAIN:


*LET IT BE KNOWN: WE ARE NO LONGER AFFILIATED WITH [********* ********* ******** aka  'our disgruntled former shop worker'] nor the questionable business ethics they've attempted to sell to unknowing customers. Customers that now know better (Like JOHN ROLES - on Facebook. Yes, yet another REAL person they wish didn't exist) who have since moved on to better waters seeking and purchasing better more reliable genre related works to add to their collections. And who prefer honesty and integrity over rudeness and deception.

Well that's it for now folks... Our legal team has advised discretion in dealing with our detractors and prefer we let the authorities deal with this matter. We think that's something we can drink to.


One thing is for certain....THIS BLOG WILL NEVER GO AWAY until our detractors wake up and realize harassment and coercive intimidation mean nothing to us. In fact we encourage them to continue to do so. More fodder for the legal mill building against them and anyone who jumps on their clown driven band wagon. 


We have a growing legion of support and the truth is the only thing they care about. We also have the power of FREDOM OF SPEECH in our favor.

Pulling the wool over blind eyes

Well folks, Summer has started off nicely with the faint tinty sound of AM radios on the beach and the cool frothy of a surf edging into this anniversary year of the shark. Its always nice to be able to celebrate (again) what is clearly the cornerstone film we will certainly watch this independence day over the crackle of BBQ and friendly banter between old friends.

That said, I hope everyone out there enjoys their holiday as much as I know I will what with the arrival of the new Blu-ray to shed some new clarity on an old theme.

Meanwhile, although all is good and fine on the horizon in JAWS world, we at Operation Orca can't help but wonder why the same crazed and desperate person for lack of a better more respectable name, 'Muck Shatz' aka the 'self proclaimed' king of shark mucking still has nothing better to do than to (once again) spew dirty envy filled lies and meritless unsupported false accusations about our rusty crusty good old boat.

Yes I'm talking about someone we fired (er let go?) because well we were simply tired of the tirades and lack of attention to detail and sense of team work we initially created. And to end the misconception they keep trying to sell that they somehow fired us rather than Operation Orca firing them it only takes a half intelligent person to realize that they were the ones begging us for help way back in 2010. Not the other way around.

To underline this fact, one need also only look at the website we designed for them in which they still use the graphic designs we created. Its clear 'Meek Shatz' is the disgruntled party. This by virtue of the fact Shatz continues to keep this tirade alive by making yet another ignorant blog post less than a week ago helps makes this undeniably clear.

Disgruntled former shop worker who can't accept the fact they are no longer needed and rather than move on, they prefer to continue planting misplaced slander. Sound familiar?

You'd think someone of this supposed shark making caliber would be worried about making sharks to fill orders rather than writing tainted lies and slanderous rants about his former marketing entity. Would you want to buy something from someone this skewed? Could you honestly trust someone like this? Fewer collectors are. At least the collectors we know.

NOW...if you want truly great JAWS related, and realistic shark collectibles sold by a truly hard working honest individual we respect while you wait for what Operation Orca has in store, be sure and visit Bill Wieger:

Bill is another person Schmuck Shatz feels threatened by. Quality and integrity frightens some. Others swear by it.

Even now 'Shmuck' apologizes on open blog for not being able to fill orders. (Yes read their blog now before they delete it like they have everything else they get called on and humiliated about after we expose the TRUTH)

Speaking of TRUTH....take for instance the fact they now (on their blog) admit they have no verifiable proof Fred Stine or Operation Orca has been anything but a 100% honest organization dedicated to keeping the legend of the ORCA alive for fin fans worldwide since 1998. Where are the customers and people that have been wronged or cheated or scammed? Nowhere. That's because they don't exist except in our detractors mind and rant.

FACT or FICTION?


They claim we somehow were attempting to sell products 'of theirs' independently when the hilarious reality is they were asking (actually begging) us to sell and market for them since 2010. Odd quandary eh? Yet another twist of the truth by our detractor and former shop worker, and a feeble attempt to pull the wool over everyones eyes.


Just to prove the point they have no clue how to market or sell effectively they now ironically have turned to two third party distributors  for help. Bi-polar reasoning?

In reality, sooner or later the brakes to their accusations leveled against us would have to be pulled before everyone started asking why Operation Orca and its website they claim they shut down is still an active presence on the net. OUR ORIGINAL OPERATION ORCA SITE THEY CLAIM THEY SHUT DOWN

Not to mention the fact we're still 100% active on Facebook even after self proclaimed knight of JAWS collecting Sir Eddie McCornmack with torch flung high in front of villagers sought to rally thousands of Facebook members against us. Yet another failed attempt to maintain a monopoly on fan appreciation of a legendary film made for everyone to enjoy equally. In reality we need to thank Eddie for bringing us more attention. And a true thank you to the many multitude that saw past the slander and lies. Thank you to David Gibson, Cecilia Dangcil, Tabby Berry, John Roles and our multitude of friends on FB like Warren Schwarz also known as BIG WAR to his legion of online fans. BIG WAR happens to be a REAL hard working, honest American family man.

Meanwhile, is it any wonder our disgruntled detractor has practically fallen off the map desperate for more sales? Is it any wonder they had to beg and scrounge for a third party distributor to try and find a market and pay them a percentage they claimed they couldn't afford in the process? Firing them (aka resolutely removing them from our affiliation) was the best decision we could have ever made.

The good news is we now know we at Operation Orca couldn't have made a wiser decision in cutting the fat. Not only do we have a more streamlined honest clear cut operation, we have no wacked out "living off the grid" anti-establishmentarian to contend with. A supposed Christian we initially tried to help and who later turned out to be a rabid wolf in sheep duds.

Lets review for those of you just tuning in and whom might not have reviewed earlier exciting parts 1,2, & 3 in this blog.

• Why the rants by our detractor (aka Muck Shatz) aimed at trying to ruin our reputation? 

Frustration at the fact they realized we could create new and better things without them. Watch for our cool new line up to start rolling out...and you'll understand why.

• Why this newest blog post? Wouldn't it be easier to just ignore them?

It would be easier to ignore them. However we prefer to make it clear who's telling the truth rather than let rumors and lies run rampant and out of control. Because we refuse to let their lies gain any credibility. And the best way to do that is to make the truth known via this blog each and every time they post up a new lie on their 'blog of lies'. Right now they're sinking their own dinghy with every new lie they try and float to you the intelligible public. 

• Is there a solution?

Sure. They can go back to work and stop trying to use Operation Orca as their scapegoat. They fear us for the quality and integrity we bring. If they can concentrate on earning their own and gaining the trust from customers without relying on bad talking others they'd be the better for it. Sometimes however you can't lead a mule to water. 

• How can they lie and have anyone actually believe them? Aren't they supposed to be an honest hard working American family?

This is the fundamental question we keep asking as well. It's the one question we never expected to have to answer when we first decided to help market a line of sharks for a person who was desperate to sell even one bust. 

Honest hard working people work hard and don't spend time ranting and slandering former business partners and employers. They move on and they work hard at doing what they do best and filling orders. Not making excuses as to why the orders aren't filled while spending time complaining and scheming new slander attacks like a disgruntled postal worker.

Our belief is that 'Meek Shatz' doesn't have the work ethic to move on like a truly hard working honest individual would. Muck is too meek to man up or be mature enough to accept the fact OO no longer wishes to have any affiliation or help market their putty wares. No it appears Muck is too ego centric and unable to focus on what's important. Be nice if they could prove us otherwise.

Meek would rather make excuses to lingering paid customers about delays, while at the same time spending 'work time' blog-ranting and dreaming up new things to blame others for instead of simply working. Working to pay back pre-order money with goods customers are banking on getting in the mail sooner than later. Customers the most of which Operation Orca brought to them via our membership database.

This my friends is why honesty and TRUTH are what floats a boat....lies only stink...er sink.

So what's next? Well we've filed complaints with investigators and as of this writing we're told action is pending. Child social services are also purportedly looking into just how a family can maintain a suitable environment while posting falsified and slanderous statements. Not the ideal example to be making for ones offspring I imagine.

What we're told is the extent to which they pursue this and continue to build a case depends upon how much longer 'Muck Shatz' decides to internet stalk and harass our good name and organization. (*BTW: We're legally obligated to use an alias i.e. Muck Shatz etc...to describe our detractor as this is currently an open case and we have been advised not to try not to name specific names wherever possible in order to maintain case integrity. Legal mumbo jumbo. LOL)

Hopefully this is the really the last post we'll need to make in this matter and our detractors will move on into the sunset of ethic displaying some form of intellect. If not...well we've still got plenty of barrels to toss out there if need be.

And to the rest of you ORCS that just want to get drunk and fool around. Have a great summer and keep that chum line goin...

And to our detractor.....Try growing up and going back to work instead of harassing and attempting to defraud good paying customers with pre-order investments expecting something tangible and shipped in a timely manner in return for their hard earned money. You'll save lots of time and frustration and you might just win back customers and credibility.

An Overwhelming Victory in our fight for TRUTH

Besides the announcement we made in our last posting that EVERY mention and listing our detractors had at YourProps.com have been removed due to TOS violations there's more...

As we mentioned recently, due to the overwhelming evidence piling up pointing at the fact our detractor(s) is (are) hell bent on continuing to harass us, libel us and previously threaten and extort us via email, we've turned all the evidence including the most recent series of attempts at defamation and libel over to our new legal investigation team, and have been officially notified that this is moving in a direction that will soon lead to extremely stop gap positive news in our fight for truth.

In my opinion this of course a sad direction we have been trying to avoid. I imagine this is likely dependent upon whether the harassment continues. Or so I've been advised. A wise person would take heed. I know I would.

In addition from what I know it appears child social services could be getting involved due to the questionable atmosphere our detractor has been creating for his family in so far as the continued harassment against us which apparently is being deemed reckless.

In my opinion this of course is probably dependent on what is made obvious on the net in the way of a continued harassment and libelous attacks which would likely cause CSS observers to view the situation to be out of control and questionable.

In our opinion most even keeled 'busy' people aren't spending every day attempting to slander/libel and harass especially considering how many have begun to turn against them and advise them to go back to work instead of endangering innocents around them.

Clearly they have no clue what they're stirring up by choosing to attack us in an unrelenting manner rather than protect the dignity and well being of family and dwindling customers which has cost the evident effect on their business thus far.

A sad conclusion this is leading towards indeed. And its truly unfortunate that this is the direction our detractor(s) is leading this. Unfortunately this could have ended long ago had they realized this was a pointless exercise in futility and simply gone about their business without trying to hold on to our organization as public relation scapegoats. Having terminated them clearly they are disgruntled.

The following is an announcement which our legal team advised we post:

TO OUR DETRACTORS:

Be advised. We hereby request that you (plural) CEASE AND DESIST any and all forms of contact with us in any form what so ever, not limited to psuedonyms (i.e. Fernando). This includes libel and/or defamation of our brand Operation Orca and the name Fred Stine and/or to promote your items in a way that would suggest any affiliation with Operation Orca whether that be via deceptive or indirect promotion. This also includes the use of video and graphic design created by us for the website you (plural) currently utilize.

(*I liked this last part as you would think they could surely design their own promotional ads rather then rely on what we created for them considering the fact they are no longer affiliated with us.)

We've made several attempts to offer peaceable solutions which have been ignored and have been left with no other choice than to follow through with legal remedies. It takes maturity and a man to choose peace when the offer is made. Only a coward chooses to fight for vanity. Thankfully we've chosen to seek our own solace and have much better things to do than follow the incoherent ramblings of an embittered former shop worker.

Moreso, while we would like to continue to comment on this issue it will hence forth be scaled back to a minimum at the advice our legal team while the legal proceedings being applied take their due course.

Barring that...maybe we will see an end to this mayhem and our need to defend the truth and justice each time our detractors try and libel and harass us with further misdirected and false statements.

Maybe they'll find the light we have and finally move on...It's apparent that a stalemate can be the only solution if they choose the right path.

Meanwhile, at this time we want to thank our many supporters (especially John Roles and Warren Schwarz) for their kind emails and comments. As always....keep that chum line goin...

Opening the floodgates of TRUTH

Well folks, after taking something of a break to see if our mindless and under medicated detractor would find the sensible and solution offered and run with it, I have to unfortunately report that logic and intelligence is not in this persons corner.

Not only has this person once again chosen to keep this mayhem going without a care in the world for the many customers and innocent JAWS fans that have had to endure this BS, the embarrassment alone must be causing our detractor a great deal of frustration. Evidenced by the recent mish mosh of illogical statements, claims and lies being furthered on his blog.

Frustrated and ignorant individuals cannot be saved by rants. It might get attention but in the long run intelligent people know better.

Lets break this into concise components so its easier to understand their line of attack.

While our detractor can find no way to prove there is actually an attack on them (or ever has been) they can spend hours and days seeking out old disused 'free' Operation Orca websites we once experimented with and abandoned, or sites that were once designed for use when our detractor was under our marketing and sales guidance and tutelage, with the hopes of hacking or attacking them so that they are no longer a threat to their little war on the competition.

Only a truly ignorant fool would try and use what was clearly an example of our earliest cooperation years ago in a screen grab to illustrate what we are supposedly currently using.

Yet this is calculated foolishness designed to fool those that might be easily conned...

You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.

...not only do the false screen grabs and crudely doctored emails designed to fool the unknowing continue to litter this persons blog like the bottom a wet trash can, but the mix of lies and illogical claims are sounding more desperate and confounded by the day...I can imagine what their keyboard looks like.

If you aren't already rolling on the floor laughing at their stupefying desperation on display, the really astoundingly hilarious part is...why on gods earth would we be promoting our cowardly deceitful detractor on our supposedly current website? Does this make sense? Of course not. Sense does not register with our detractor. Their game right now is to toss enough confetti in the air and hope it falls where they want it to while creating even more confusion.

But as I mentioned previously, our detractor aka 'Gone postal' former shop worker, is reaching for anything to climb out of the mud having been humiliated and embarrassed by the TRUTH we've revealed on this blog.

And this is only the beginning...

A peaceable solution shunned:

Against our better judgement and at the suggestion of some of our members we offered our lying and deceitful detractor a chance at redemption the other day and rather than take the high road and let their ego return to normalcy...they shunned this generous and ideal option in favor of continuing this debacle...even if it means the continued downward failure and implosion of their faltering and questionable business.

Sometimes, a person would rather save face than find a solution EVEN if it means accepting one's mistake and moving on...clearly this person is more interested in fooling the masses to save ego and face rather than face what is ultimately the fact they cannot prove the TRUTH is false. As a self described 'preacher' of germanic decent is it any wonder? Its scary to think how the masses can be swayed when the person ranting rants loud enough with diabolical intent.

Going back to last year Steve C (Captain Collector) had attempted to mediate this issue, and as a good faith offering WE made the first move and dropped ALL defensive statements related to our detractor. After waiting over 24 hours not only did our detractor make feeble excuse after excuse as to why they had no time to remove the offensive and slanderous statements we soon found that they had NO intention of ever removing anything.

Little did they realize we did not trust them, and we had simply hidden our side of the story rather than delete it as they had hoped.

A day or so later, EVERYTHING was soon back up on display as it was much to their surprise and disappointment. This cowardly reaction to our gentleman's offer only served to prove to us even more what kind of person we once had helped teach how to sell and market items in a way they could have never imagined. And in a way they were certainly NOT capable of.

Were they capable they would have never begged us to help from the out set...but I digress. CLEARLY they had their chance to prove they wanted peace and they lost any credit they had. So if there is ever a scenario where we drop our defenses again it will be ONLY after they do so first and ONLY after a 48 hour inspection period. Unless of course our legal team advises us otherwise.

Meanwhile, lets stay focused and even keeled shall we? That's what the truth is about. We aren't interested in playing a shell game like our detractor. We'd much rather let everyone know just how this debacle happened, and why our detractor (is this 'detractor' moniker annoying or what?) actually wants this sham to continue...

Before we get to that, I want to cover some highlights in case some of you missed them or are still wondering what the heck is going on with our forum.

Contrary to what our detractor would have some believe, EVERY single file and piece of data is in our control and will be re-installed on a NEW hack free server shortly. Will this upset and anger our detractor like when they found our tripod site was still up and running? Of course. Will it prove once again that the TRUTH prevails. Of course it will. The TRUTH never lies.

Only a liar hiding behind the word of god in contempt of gods' trust can feel angry and frustrated. And evidenced by their continual efforts to blasphemy god in front of true believers and knowers of the light of truth...is it any wonder?

If you were a customer would you want to buy anything from someone that was capable of spewing this kind of hatred and contempt..and blasphemy? Imagine if this were you arguing over a faulty or broken piece....just ask John Roles:

The illusion delusion

So why are they trying to create the illusion that Operation Orca is the aggressor and the evil party when in fact they alone are creating this debacle for one reason and one reason only?....FALSE EMPATHY.

How could we be evil or horrible or destructive? Do we hold their puppet strings? Or are they wanting the audience to think that?

Here's how its playing...and how they're attempting to play even the most intelligent:

They're using what I like to call the 'injured bird, bait and switch ruse'. Basically it incorporates the idea there is someone attacking them so that they can have an enemy to dangle in front of misguided supporters who they desperately wish to con vince. In this way they can sell the idea that they are in need of help. Help from what? Follow along because this gets interesting....

After we cut them loose (yes fired them) because we had grown weary of their unprofessional rude behavior (remember John Roles?), we announced that we would be doing a line of collectibles that DID NOT include the need for their involvement. A line that would be based on ALL NEW original sculpts far more accurate than anything our FSW (former shop worker) was involved in.

Needless to say they then decided to 'Go to war' and try and destroy the competition. Even now our detractor cannot deal with the idea there is competition looming and that there are better sculptors out there. Remember I mentioned there was an ego problem?

So while our detractor cannot effectively attack, hack, or beg, cry, and scream to some unknowing webserver to dupe them into inadvertently and mistakenly removing the sites WE ARE using to spread the truth...like this blog, and our page on facebook:

hoping to hack yet another disused and abandoned website looking for some feeble trophy to dangle in front of supporters to prove righteousness out of desperation.

Or is it for revenge because they recently had every listing and single mention of anything to do with them and their wares removed from YourProps.com for TOS violations? That MUST be frustrating. Embarrassing to say the least.

And if that's not bad enough...a growing legion of side-liners and onlookers who were only a few months ago cheering them on with the empathy they seek, are now slowly realizing they've been duped, and are starting to steer clear of anything to do with this person.

Except of course for a few who overpaid for over hyped molded resin and now need to protect their investment. Can you blame them? These are the honest collectors I feel sorry for. Is it any wonder these are starting to show up on ebay and they can't manage to sell for any more than barely the price they paid?

And companies that they had hoped would be lining up to invest are now running and ignoring them in droves for fear of legal fallout or worse...like maybe being slandered on the internet when the deal falls through for lack of favorable terms and percentage points.

Speaking of deals and percentage points...ironically, while our detractor had arms in the air over what they considered an outrageous deal to share in the returns from items sold....NOW they turn to a third party online company to help them market and sell (yes market AND sell) because they lack the know how or the wherewithal.

Does this sound like deja vu? We had to laugh. They claim they never needed a third party to help with sales and marketing...yet now they beg someone else for help and happily pay them an even higher percentage. Huh? What? LOL.

Certainly sounds like hypocrisy folks. But then they probably don't even know what that word means. Did I mention how pathetic this excremental excuse for a person is?

The truly sad part is this could end now if our detractor would simply get over the fact we want nothing to do with them, move on, and stop relying on us to be their 'enemy'.

Instead of trying to use us to bolster their plea for empathy they should be making little toys and filling orders they claim to have. How pathetic that they must instead rely on lies and rumor to carry their business.

The TRUTH never lies...only lies do.

How rumors can fool even the most intelligent pt.3 (Final chapter?)

Well after making sure everyone had a chance to read and see how ludicrous and insane the coordinated attack and hack on our page at FB was today we finally deleted what amounted to further attempts to play a shell game with anyone seeking the truth.

Notice that we don't need to react or rant with never ending repetitious and mindless blabber or anger? That's because honesty and truth make that an unneeded evil. Pure logic need not rely on anger.

While our envy laden detractors scheme on how to next make a statement anyone who is educated enough to tell the difference between truth and fiction have already probably begun to see how and why this person continues to harass us. And has continued to try and keep this sham afloat. Yes...they are the instigators.

And we've been accused of somehow 'attacking' them...yet where is this supposed attack? One need only look at the dates each sides respective blog and post were initiated to see that we are clearly and equitably defending our reputation against yet another round of unwarranted online attacks designed to sway the uninformed masses in their favor.

Another oddity is that we've also been accused of selling or attempting to sell their 'unauthorized' sharks after we parted ways as collaborators. Where is this proof other than doctored and photoshopped screen grabs? Who has bought a shark from us direct? Again where is the proof?

Did they bother to mention that the 'webstarts' website in question was actually their own website created in 2009, and that they manipulated a screen grab to make it appear to have a different purpose?

Could this be why Louis Morano is confused about what exactly he thinks he saw and understood? And why no one can prove we have done anything to anyone or even attempted to misappropriate one single thing? The proof is in the pudding and on the net. NOT in doctored or manipulated emails.

Proof floats...rumors sink.

Certainly this person can write, and rant like they're "on crystal meth" and often that LOUD and ANNOYING approach to appear righteous and forthright can confuse even the most intelligent into believing everything. Is it then surprising this person once claimed to be a preacher? Or was it a garbage collector?

Only those that choose to believe everything they hear without truly studying the impetus and core of what is really going on, often fall prey to that kind of manipulation. Its easy to root for something on the sidelines and line up with torches when you think you know which side to root for and who to damn without really knowing the facts.

Lets simplify the equation:

1. We helped this 'unknown' person begin a business venture when they were begging for help on every forum on the net and could sell nothing more than an occasional item on ebay. FACT

The interview we set up for this person that led to a FREE pass to SDCC

(Read the positive OO referencing there...yes positive. Surprising?

2. We poured years into helping them market and create the idea they had something worth selling including helping them design and structure several websites. One of which they are using now. FACT

3. We expected nothing but kind acknowledgement for that help once we had parted ways yet instead have been confronted with an ongoing malicious attack on our organization via blogs and webpages that are designed to stir up unfounded sentiment and create the idea that we are the instigator in this ongoing sham. This for no other reason than we announced we would be moving forward with plans to create our own line of collectibles they would not be a part of. Collectibles that they worry could be an improvement over what they are attempting to pawn. FACT

4. They continue to harass us and send extortion laden emails which have been forwarded to the authorities. FACT

5. We have multiple legal charges filed against them and will pursue this to the full extent of the law if need be. FACT

So where does this end? Why does it continue? Well it could have ended LONG ago had our detractor simply overlooked their hyper-inflated ego problem and simply gone back to making plastic toys instead of trying to use OO as a scapegoat  to win empathy and favor among the uninformed. YES...its that simple folks. the ball is in their court and it's always been.

To make things even more clear to those of you still wondering why this is still an active issue, please read the following and share it with our detractor. Help spread the word about this social and maniacal behavior. If you care enough to join OO and want to help this truth be known to the powers that be on Facebook and to the uninformed falling prey to the rumors, don't hesitate to contact us direct or copy and paste the content from this blog.

An open letter to our detractor/competitor:

As much as we appreciate the free publicity and attention this is bringing us we would much rather see you go about your business and get used to the idea we are no longer helping market you or your work. Move on, use what talent you have and let this serve as official notice that anything we post here is in direct response to your choosing to continue this shell game. We are no longer affiliated with you and we have no interest in being affiliated.

You might be concerned that the competition is looming, and you might be concerned that your items are not really as ideal as they've been advertised, or that our very existence might lead to further reviews that would expose any flaws in said work...but get used to it. This is how the real world business works. Everything is critiqued, and not always favorably. Consumers want to know how to make informed decisions before they purchase anything they think might not be worth the investment. Wouldn't you?

Problem solving:

We would find it an honorable gesture were you to finally apologize for the many months of slanderous diatribe but we know you probably aren't that kind of person with enough guts and maturity to do so. Or are you mature and professional enough?

We would also find it surprising were you to let the many customers we brought to the equation, and those customers that have just now become entangled in this mess to have a break from this mayhem and let them see what kind of customer service they would expect were they to need to dialog with you in some manner.

Certainly this is not the kind of example you want to project to them and to your family. John Roles was a customer and has since learned what that darker side can be like. Prove him otherwise, and let this go before you allow further negativity to ruin your work ethic as seen by the public at large.

Is this debate really worth the trouble you've caused everyone in trying to understand why you would turn against an entity that had once helped you?
If it is, then please carry on. For us it works either way. We have only just begun to defend our principles. If it is not, then you know what to do. Drop every page, every blog, and every word that mentions us permanently. We implore you. Moreso, we challenge you. A partial peace is still war.

Unless of course you like the attention this has gained and your ego is that which controls you. And/or as we've alluded to you actually prefer this feud to continue to feed the empathy machine. We offer this solution because we care about those that are being affected by the negativity. Surely you would not want god to see you squander your skills writing endless rants. Nor would the many tuning in I imagine.

Should you actually decide to honor the terms of this treatise, and not play another shell game like the last time we made this offer when Steve aka Captain collector attempted to mediate several months ago, then we would also remove in kind everything we've posted in the way of a defense.

Were this to be fully honored by you, then after a 48 hour inspection period monitored by intermediaries who found the removal to be confirmed and accurate then I could see this debacle officially concluded. Whether this scenario is ultimately a fictional hypothesis or not, lies completely in your corner.

Simply announce your plans to do so in the way of a statement devoid of sarcasm or wry subtext and we would observe to see if you were serious.

How rumors can fool even the most intelligent pt.2

Like I said folks...this is going to be a long story. So without further adieu, part two:

Well as our detractor has gotten more desperate for sales of over priced items, and more desperate to save a reputation many have seen degraded due to their deceptive and maniacal behavior, even we were surprised to find him stooping to using a fictitious name and email account in order to pose as a kid.

A few weeks ago I was told that our detractor, fired disgruntled shop worker, (and now competitor) was using a fictitious account to try and fool even the most intelligent into believing the sham they've been selling, but I had to see it to believe it.

We of course saved screen grabs lest anyone not believe this sham ever existed before our detractor no doubt moves to remove it like they have almost every other claim they've been making...after we've PROVEN them to be lies.

This is a social predator, email extortionist, and deceptive desperate individual that's been using friends and family as empathy shields, so its no wonder even the most intelligent folks can be deceived by these shams.

If you're one of those that have been reading their rants you probably found them posting up purported emails supposedly generated to and from a kid named 'Fernando'. Well not only does this kid not exist, and hasn't been heard from since, the IP address proves it to be sourced from none other than our detractor. Surprised? We weren't.

Why has 'Fernando' suddenly disappeared? That's because Fernando never existed except as a convenient tool created by our detractor. Ask our detractor for proof. DEMAND the truth. Watch how they avoid it when you wait for an answer...they're good at that.
