Why TRUTH always wins...

Well we're having a great summer and hope the rest of you ORCS are too. The best part is it's just getting started.

As for the ugly ignorant cloud of slander that one deranged individual, and a small group of remora keep tossing to try and rain on everyones party...it looks like its finally running out of steam. Great news for those of you that have been wondering when this scrounge of a person and his circus of lies and deceit would finally get back on their clown mobile and leave town.

Partly based on information forwarded to us by OO supporters, its clear they have nothing left to do but grovel for attention, realizing their purported claims and 'legal' threats hold ZERO water, and that everyone they hoped to fool can see the circus tent falling on them like a deflating balloon.

Bring in the clowns...

Insiders with clear knowledge of their weak and pathetic attempt to rile the JAWS community with empty and unsubstantiated rumors in a feeble ploy to destroy 'the competition', can only laugh at the 'muck' being stirred up in a useless wake of stupidity.

While you mop up the blue milk you just laughed out of your nose...lets break this down into clear and concise points of fact that not even the multitude of falsified statements our detractor creates to bolster an attack can dispute....

If you're reading this, and you have absolutely no clue why this person and his multiple false names, supposed friends and supporters, and usernames (i.e. 'Fernando' etc...) is continuing to harass and stalk our good name and organization then PLEASE READ ON:

Question: Why would those that some trust and believe to be honest, friendly...and reliable JAWS fans be doing everything they can to slander us?

Answer: The story is more complicated than you can imagine...but simple at its core. The simple part has to do with immaturity, and a few childish fans believing they own a monopoly on the film 'JAWS'. Its like we're witnessing a high school rivalry. Wait it gets more hilarious...If you're a fan of other films that have followings, then likely you know exactly what I'm referring to. Jealously, envy, egomaniacal behavior....and of course formerly banned trolls that have attempted to hack our sites and later joined another forum in the hopes of 'outdoing us'. Did I mention how immature these idiots are?

In short, they believe its a hobby for only those a select few have granted the right to join in what I can only call a 'cliche'. Many in the JAWS community know that this kind of immaturity exists and that it is not subjugated to only one fan based film franchise....

Most fans that don't yet know the truth are either confused and have no clue why the slander is flying, or have been conned into following an ideology designed by our detractors to support their personal grudges. Grudges that we'll highlight later in this post....stay tuned.

So who exactly are these instigators and why are they attempting to fool even the most intelligent JAWS fans? Why would they waste their every day talking about old Mego toys, and barbie, while at the same time trying (and failing stupidly) to have us removed from the internet? Why? Because we started something in 1998 that threatened their sovereignty my friends. And to quote a close supporter..."They hate the fact OO brings something new to the table for fans that they have no control over". Scary eh? Childish? Yep.

In 1998, We found a niche that they could not and still cannot over shadow. And we've been building the most amazing ORCA miniatures, that pleased finfans and industry professionals have been collecting for the last several years. And in the process, we've built an organization designed around preserving the ORCA legend.

While working to bring back the boat, we've inspired others to do the same. Steve Rellaford, as an esteemed member of OO, was inspired to build a 1/2 scale working ORCA based upon nothing more than a sail boat frame. And still others have supported us for years. Warren Schwarz (also known as BIG WAR) was there from the beginning, when we had nothing more than our old and sure rusty trusty Yahoo group. You'll notice our detractors never mention BIG WAR. Cowards know better than to do that. Even liars know their limitations. Lets just say BIG WAR does not take too kindly to being slandered. Nor would anyone else.

Speaking of which....

Chris Kiszka is another Operation Orca supporter they wish to have everyone believe isn't. And oddly enough, Chris is one they only slander offline when Chris isn't watching....like the cowards they are. And like the scum they are...they hide behind their little dilapidated computers looking to deceive anyone and the unknowing.

Chris of course owns the worlds most important JAWS collection...a fact they hate to admit. The hilarious part is one of the primary detractors supporting our former shop workers' slanderous campaign actually made several mistakes in published print in so far as JAWS props are concerned.

Not only did this purported 'expert' LIE on the net about which photos would be printed in a highly touted publication and thereby falsely advertise what the final product would look like, this person has gone so far as to try and convince innocent and unknowing fans that Chris Kiszka's collection is fake. Fake? NOPE. This is the REAL deal. Every last piece of it.

Question: How did this really start? And why? Who's at the center of this mess?

Well, if you're here reading this, then you probably already know the answer to this question. Lets just say we're not going to continue to waste valuable space on our blog, (especially heeding the advice of our legal council) and instead will say that each and every person supporting these clowns are purportedly currently under investigation pending charges being prepared.

As a point of fact, several years ago West Maatita asked us to post what amounted to a detailed account describing that one of our detractors' primary supporters (yep that same 'expert' we alluded to a few lines ago) mistakenly described a JAWS3 prop fin as a JAWS fin...That's the complicated part of this story I mentioned...and when the REAL slander and lies began.

In short, this person could not deal with the fact they were proven wrong in public...on the internet no less. A purported JAWS expert foiled? Humiliated in front of peers? Definitely. Yet why would we post this in order to prove someone wrong? Why? Simply in response to years of claims that other collectors possessed 'FAKE' collectibles whereas they did not. In response to their claimed knowledgable authority over a subject they have tried to monopolize and control. A subject only Universal owns.

What's even better is...the more they waste their time supporting a former disgruntled shop worker now gone postal, they sink further into the same 'Muck' and unknowingly and indirectly help build our case.

Meanwhile, attack after failed attack on our sites (which incidentally have not been affected by any of their hack attempts. SEE previous blog postings for PROOF of that.) have left them with little more than desperation and now criminal attempts to try and sway and fool innocent and respected friends and colleagues of ours that unfortunately for them are much smarter than they anticipated.

In fact, some of our colleagues and supporters are getting emails and messages via Facebook begging them to disbelieve our credibility. Thankfully, they know a mule from a horse.

For further proof of what we speak, please drop us an email and we'd be happy to put you in touch with those that have actually encountered these bogus fools.

FACT: We had to fire someone we initially trusted. YES...WE FIRED OUR FORMER SHOP WORKER. The same person that has now gone postal. After several warnings and requests to correct the customer service issues with excellent customers like JOHN ROLES, whom WE brought to the equation we had no choice but to cut our former shop worker loose. As a result, they have been humiliated and continue to be. This is one of the reasons they continue their tirade. It would of course be easier for them to just move on...don't you think?

So in review...due in part to complaints from customers like JOHN ROLES and others we were marketing to, we decided it was in our best interest to part ways with our former shop worker.

As a result, this person and cohorts have relentlessly attempted to twist the TRUTH to have it appear we wronged them in some way...using false legal threats and other coercion tactics, they continue to sink in the lies they create.

FACT: We challenge ANYONE to find one ounce of indisputable fact, or truth to support anything these deranged, and envious detractors of ours continue to try and claim. Incredibly, they've asked for anyone to show proof and to help them prove their claims knowing there is NO ONE that can help them prove something they have lied about from the beginning.


Doctored emails and graphics are nothing more than visual lies. Why have none of the accusations they've made allowed them to follow up with any legal remedy? Because they have nothing to follow up. The entire waste basket of lies they've created are simply a twisted bundle of stench and deception they're using to sway anyone they can con.

FACT:  They continue to try and fool every JAWS VIP and fan alike they can find, but have not been able to achieve their ultimate goal. Contact us if you get an errant doctored spam email filled with slander in an attempt to sway you.

Heard how easy it is for Nigerian scams to fool even the most intelligent? That's exactly what they're attempting to do now. They muddle the truth to con the ignorant and uninformed. The old bait and switch.

They've tried to blacklist us and anyone they think gets in their way. Don't let them make you a target. Show them what FACTS looks like. Don't let them create the monopoly they've been working to build. Let them know this is a hobby for EVERYONE to enjoy equally. Its a film made for an audience. Not for a select few.

FACT: The truth is on this blog, and its the TRUTH that frightens them more than anything. The worst thing about being lied to, is knowing you're not worth the truth. Think about that the next time our detractors try and convince you to believe the hatred they spread. From the beginning ours has been a defense. Nothing more. Follow the dates on the blogs and you'll find we've simply responded to each attack.


They claim we're harassing them somewhere. WHERE? HOW? They and they alone are the ones harassing us and our organization. Do the research and the truth of light will appear...


With each new slander we respond in kind as would any organization built on a solid reputation since 1998.


FACT: They're losing business faster than they can lie....yet they continue to try and use us a scapegoat for their own failings. Pathetic indeed. Maybe their prices are too high? Maybe no one wants to have to deal with them? We didn't.


ONCE AGAIN:


*LET IT BE KNOWN: WE ARE NO LONGER AFFILIATED WITH [********* ********* ******** aka  'our disgruntled former shop worker'] nor the questionable business ethics they've attempted to sell to unknowing customers. Customers that now know better (Like JOHN ROLES - on Facebook. Yes, yet another REAL person they wish didn't exist) who have since moved on to better waters seeking and purchasing better more reliable genre related works to add to their collections. And who prefer honesty and integrity over rudeness and deception.

Well that's it for now folks... Our legal team has advised discretion in dealing with our detractors and prefer we let the authorities deal with this matter. We think that's something we can drink to.


One thing is for certain....THIS BLOG WILL NEVER GO AWAY until our detractors wake up and realize harassment and coercive intimidation mean nothing to us. In fact we encourage them to continue to do so. More fodder for the legal mill building against them and anyone who jumps on their clown driven band wagon. 


We have a growing legion of support and the truth is the only thing they care about. We also have the power of FREDOM OF SPEECH in our favor.

Opening the floodgates of TRUTH

Well folks, after taking something of a break to see if our mindless and under medicated detractor would find the sensible and solution offered and run with it, I have to unfortunately report that logic and intelligence is not in this persons corner.

Not only has this person once again chosen to keep this mayhem going without a care in the world for the many customers and innocent JAWS fans that have had to endure this BS, the embarrassment alone must be causing our detractor a great deal of frustration. Evidenced by the recent mish mosh of illogical statements, claims and lies being furthered on his blog.

Frustrated and ignorant individuals cannot be saved by rants. It might get attention but in the long run intelligent people know better.

Lets break this into concise components so its easier to understand their line of attack.

While our detractor can find no way to prove there is actually an attack on them (or ever has been) they can spend hours and days seeking out old disused 'free' Operation Orca websites we once experimented with and abandoned, or sites that were once designed for use when our detractor was under our marketing and sales guidance and tutelage, with the hopes of hacking or attacking them so that they are no longer a threat to their little war on the competition.

Only a truly ignorant fool would try and use what was clearly an example of our earliest cooperation years ago in a screen grab to illustrate what we are supposedly currently using.

Yet this is calculated foolishness designed to fool those that might be easily conned...

You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.

...not only do the false screen grabs and crudely doctored emails designed to fool the unknowing continue to litter this persons blog like the bottom a wet trash can, but the mix of lies and illogical claims are sounding more desperate and confounded by the day...I can imagine what their keyboard looks like.

If you aren't already rolling on the floor laughing at their stupefying desperation on display, the really astoundingly hilarious part is...why on gods earth would we be promoting our cowardly deceitful detractor on our supposedly current website? Does this make sense? Of course not. Sense does not register with our detractor. Their game right now is to toss enough confetti in the air and hope it falls where they want it to while creating even more confusion.

But as I mentioned previously, our detractor aka 'Gone postal' former shop worker, is reaching for anything to climb out of the mud having been humiliated and embarrassed by the TRUTH we've revealed on this blog.

And this is only the beginning...

A peaceable solution shunned:

Against our better judgement and at the suggestion of some of our members we offered our lying and deceitful detractor a chance at redemption the other day and rather than take the high road and let their ego return to normalcy...they shunned this generous and ideal option in favor of continuing this debacle...even if it means the continued downward failure and implosion of their faltering and questionable business.

Sometimes, a person would rather save face than find a solution EVEN if it means accepting one's mistake and moving on...clearly this person is more interested in fooling the masses to save ego and face rather than face what is ultimately the fact they cannot prove the TRUTH is false. As a self described 'preacher' of germanic decent is it any wonder? Its scary to think how the masses can be swayed when the person ranting rants loud enough with diabolical intent.

Going back to last year Steve C (Captain Collector) had attempted to mediate this issue, and as a good faith offering WE made the first move and dropped ALL defensive statements related to our detractor. After waiting over 24 hours not only did our detractor make feeble excuse after excuse as to why they had no time to remove the offensive and slanderous statements we soon found that they had NO intention of ever removing anything.

Little did they realize we did not trust them, and we had simply hidden our side of the story rather than delete it as they had hoped.

A day or so later, EVERYTHING was soon back up on display as it was much to their surprise and disappointment. This cowardly reaction to our gentleman's offer only served to prove to us even more what kind of person we once had helped teach how to sell and market items in a way they could have never imagined. And in a way they were certainly NOT capable of.

Were they capable they would have never begged us to help from the out set...but I digress. CLEARLY they had their chance to prove they wanted peace and they lost any credit they had. So if there is ever a scenario where we drop our defenses again it will be ONLY after they do so first and ONLY after a 48 hour inspection period. Unless of course our legal team advises us otherwise.

Meanwhile, lets stay focused and even keeled shall we? That's what the truth is about. We aren't interested in playing a shell game like our detractor. We'd much rather let everyone know just how this debacle happened, and why our detractor (is this 'detractor' moniker annoying or what?) actually wants this sham to continue...

Before we get to that, I want to cover some highlights in case some of you missed them or are still wondering what the heck is going on with our forum.

Contrary to what our detractor would have some believe, EVERY single file and piece of data is in our control and will be re-installed on a NEW hack free server shortly. Will this upset and anger our detractor like when they found our tripod site was still up and running? Of course. Will it prove once again that the TRUTH prevails. Of course it will. The TRUTH never lies.

Only a liar hiding behind the word of god in contempt of gods' trust can feel angry and frustrated. And evidenced by their continual efforts to blasphemy god in front of true believers and knowers of the light of truth...is it any wonder?

If you were a customer would you want to buy anything from someone that was capable of spewing this kind of hatred and contempt..and blasphemy? Imagine if this were you arguing over a faulty or broken piece....just ask John Roles:

John will happily and TRUTHFULLY tell you what kind of person this is. That's because John once made the mistake of buying an item from them and unfortunately never did get exactly what he ordered. What's more, John was treated in a manner I would not wish on anyone.

The illusion delusion

So why are they trying to create the illusion that Operation Orca is the aggressor and the evil party when in fact they alone are creating this debacle for one reason and one reason only?....FALSE EMPATHY.

How could we be evil or horrible or destructive? Do we hold their puppet strings? Or are they wanting the audience to think that?

Here's how its playing...and how they're attempting to play even the most intelligent:

They're using what I like to call the 'injured bird, bait and switch ruse'. Basically it incorporates the idea there is someone attacking them so that they can have an enemy to dangle in front of misguided supporters who they desperately wish to con vince. In this way they can sell the idea that they are in need of help. Help from what? Follow along because this gets interesting....

After we cut them loose (yes fired them) because we had grown weary of their unprofessional rude behavior (remember John Roles?), we announced that we would be doing a line of collectibles that DID NOT include the need for their involvement. A line that would be based on ALL NEW original sculpts far more accurate than anything our FSW (former shop worker) was involved in.

Needless to say they then decided to 'Go to war' and try and destroy the competition. Even now our detractor cannot deal with the idea there is competition looming and that there are better sculptors out there. Remember I mentioned there was an ego problem?

So while our detractor cannot effectively attack, hack, or beg, cry, and scream to some unknowing webserver to dupe them into inadvertently and mistakenly removing the sites WE ARE using to spread the truth...like this blog, and our page on facebook:

hoping to hack yet another disused and abandoned website looking for some feeble trophy to dangle in front of supporters to prove righteousness out of desperation.

Or is it for revenge because they recently had every listing and single mention of anything to do with them and their wares removed from YourProps.com for TOS violations? That MUST be frustrating. Embarrassing to say the least.

And if that's not bad enough...a growing legion of side-liners and onlookers who were only a few months ago cheering them on with the empathy they seek, are now slowly realizing they've been duped, and are starting to steer clear of anything to do with this person.

Except of course for a few who overpaid for over hyped molded resin and now need to protect their investment. Can you blame them? These are the honest collectors I feel sorry for. Is it any wonder these are starting to show up on ebay and they can't manage to sell for any more than barely the price they paid?

And companies that they had hoped would be lining up to invest are now running and ignoring them in droves for fear of legal fallout or worse...like maybe being slandered on the internet when the deal falls through for lack of favorable terms and percentage points.

Speaking of deals and percentage points...ironically, while our detractor had arms in the air over what they considered an outrageous deal to share in the returns from items sold....NOW they turn to a third party online company to help them market and sell (yes market AND sell) because they lack the know how or the wherewithal.

Does this sound like deja vu? We had to laugh. They claim they never needed a third party to help with sales and marketing...yet now they beg someone else for help and happily pay them an even higher percentage. Huh? What? LOL.

Certainly sounds like hypocrisy folks. But then they probably don't even know what that word means. Did I mention how pathetic this excremental excuse for a person is?

The truly sad part is this could end now if our detractor would simply get over the fact we want nothing to do with them, move on, and stop relying on us to be their 'enemy'.

Instead of trying to use us to bolster their plea for empathy they should be making little toys and filling orders they claim to have. How pathetic that they must instead rely on lies and rumor to carry their business.

The TRUTH never lies...only lies do.

How rumors can fool even the most intelligent pt.2

Like I said folks...this is going to be a long story. So without further adieu, part two:

Well as our detractor has gotten more desperate for sales of over priced items, and more desperate to save a reputation many have seen degraded due to their deceptive and maniacal behavior, even we were surprised to find him stooping to using a fictitious name and email account in order to pose as a kid.

A few weeks ago I was told that our detractor, fired disgruntled shop worker, (and now competitor) was using a fictitious account to try and fool even the most intelligent into believing the sham they've been selling, but I had to see it to believe it.

We of course saved screen grabs lest anyone not believe this sham ever existed before our detractor no doubt moves to remove it like they have almost every other claim they've been making...after we've PROVEN them to be lies.

This is a social predator, email extortionist, and deceptive desperate individual that's been using friends and family as empathy shields, so its no wonder even the most intelligent folks can be deceived by these shams.

If you're one of those that have been reading their rants you probably found them posting up purported emails supposedly generated to and from a kid named 'Fernando'. Well not only does this kid not exist, and hasn't been heard from since, the IP address proves it to be sourced from none other than our detractor. Surprised? We weren't.

Why has 'Fernando' suddenly disappeared? That's because Fernando never existed except as a convenient tool created by our detractor. Ask our detractor for proof. DEMAND the truth. Watch how they avoid it when you wait for an answer...they're good at that.

How rumors can fool even the most intelligent

Well now that we have a new blog going to finally begin to tell the side of this fiasco many have been waiting to hear. Namely the proof that everything you've been hearing is nothing more than a desperate attempt to play a shell game and divert everyone from learning the TRUTH. Follow along as we dissect the lies and bring you PROOF of TRUTH....

Lets begin with what was posted recently in reference to our website at Tripod/Lycos supposedly being removed due to a TOS violation.

Firstly...stating our site was removed by Lycos/tripod due to a TOS issue is a complete and utter lie and probably the most desperate attempt by our detractors to date to try and fool the masses with yet another shell game ploy. Our server is now aware that our detractors (Did I mention we have detractors?) have been attempting to place fraudulent rumors on the net, and defame LYCOS by leading their customers to believe any website can be removed for unfounded TOS violations.

And more so, are posting up doctored emails purporting to support false actions that do not exist and never occurred. And yes emails can be doctored with photoshop.

Meanwhile, before our detractors spent months and months attempting to hack our site and then failing then spent many more months calling, screaming, and harassing Tripod, coercing them into apparently temporarily removing our mostly disused and outdated website there, we backed up all our files and pages. Just waiting for their next cyber hack attack.

Well no sooner had we prepped for that sure enough they were at it again...ranting screaming and lying to Tripod begging them to remove our innocent and disused old website. Funny how much attention this site suddenly got when it was designed for nothing more than an educational tool for students of a great old boat. And then we got the site back and running again as it was once Tripod learned of the ruse.

You'd think that would be the end of that. Nope. Once again...they were ranting and screaming and begging and once again Tripod was tricked into taking the site offline. Since there were no TOS violations on the site...it makes one wonder what exactly they lied to Tripod about to get the next unaware customer service rep to fall for their feigned plea...Stay tuned to find out while we once again work this matter this with Tripod and investigators.

Meanwhile, our files are intact, and the site will be back...again. How many more times our detractors try and play musical chairs with our websites is anyones guess. They also apparently went after a site run by 'The Prop Forum', and they too have had to deal with similar issues.

So the real question is WHY would our detractor(s) be wasting their every day and night in frustration trying to remove our site each time we put it back? The fact we had more hits than they could count to? Worry that maybe the TRUTH would allow everyone to see through their charade of hate and cowardice? Envy?

A seemingly innocent facade of empathy could never do this. Or so many are being led to believe. Just like your favorite fast food restaurant is not adding chemicals to its 'happy' food. Or your favorite television evangelist is selling you the real word of je$u$.

This is a LONG story folks.
